About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP for Technology Strategy and Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in managing the business operations of the technology and delivery organization, acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Information Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into execution, driving decision follow-through, and ensuring the technology department operates with clear priorities and strong governance. Key duties include managing the CIO office's operating rhythm, preparing executive materials, and leading KPI reporting and executive dashboards. The role also involves strategic planning support, portfolio coordination, and operating the technology governance framework. Applicants for the AVP position should have 8 to 12 years' of related experience, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA or other graduate degree is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology operations, business operations, strategy, PMO leadership, or executive office operations, and experience in financial services, technology, or regulated environments. The role requires a high level of proficiency in executive communication, strategic planning, and business operations, as well as the ability to operate through influence and drive outcomes without relying solely on formal authority. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
