About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Architecture to spearhead the definition and leadership of the enterprise data strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a unified, governed, and scalable data ecosystem across all platforms, with a focus on driving product experiences, analytics, and AI innovation. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in data architecture, data engineering, or related disciplines, and a deep understanding of modern data technologies. The VP will be instrumental in leading the transformation towards a cohesive data architecture, establishing standards for data modeling, integration, and consumption, and ensuring the data foundation is reliable and future-ready. The role also involves partnering with engineering and product teams to design a unified data layer, establishing data governance frameworks, and enabling AI and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in Salesforce data models, enterprise-scale integration patterns, and modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift. Experience in CLM, CPQ, or revenue operations platforms, and exposure to advanced AI architectures, is a plus. The company values curiosity, continuous learning, radical ownership, transparency, and a bias for action, and is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
