About Us

Wagyu Factory is looking for friendly, outgoing, and organized Hosts/Hostesses to join our team for our exciting new restaurant opening! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.

• Coordinate seating arrangements to maintain balanced server sections and smooth restaurant operations.

• Provide accurate estimated wait times and communicate updates to waiting guests.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, restaurant information, and general inquiries.

• Explain the restaurant's dining concept, promotions, and membership benefits when applicable.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance, host stand, and waiting area.

• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other front-of-house team members.

• Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Monitor table availability and coordinate with bussers and servers to ensure efficient table turnover.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing the host station and organizing reservation information.

• Follow restaurant policies, service standards, and guest hospitality procedures.

• Previous restaurant hosting or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods.

• Comfortable using reservation systems, tablets, and basic POS technology.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
