About this position

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location: Orlando, FL — On-site in a professional downtown Orlando office environment.

Job Description

  • Represent business clients in a variety of real estate, local government, and transactional matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, ordinances, title matters, and other relevant authorities.
  • Assist with real estate transactions, land use matters, government-related issues, affordable housing, special districts, and related projects.
  • Communicate directly with clients and help develop practical legal strategies aligned with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and multi-faceted matters while progressively taking on greater responsibility.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Develop strong legal drafting, negotiation, research, and client-service skills across a broad transactional practice.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • 1+ year of experience in government, real estate, transactional law, or a combination of these areas.
  • Experience with real estate, title, land use, local government, affordable housing, special districts, or related work is highly valued.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
  • Attorneys with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a broad transactional practice.
