Electrician Journeymen opportunities in the Farmington Hills, Michigan area.
A national company with a facility in the Farmington Hills, MI area is currently seeking experienced Electrician Journeymen for long-term opportunities with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced commercial electricians looking for a company that offers excellent opportunities for growth, stability, and advancement.
Electrician Journeymen will be working a full-time day shift position with competitive pay up to $40 an hour, based on experience, qualifications, and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Electrician Journeymen will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Must have a Michigan Journeyman Electrician License.
- Any experience with commercial electrical service work and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, systems, troubleshooting, repairs and installations.
- Experience with electrical controls, panels, fixtures, outlets, switches, wiring and cabling, lighting systems, generators, etc.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – fully loaded company work van provided.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work from ladders and lifts when required.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
