Main Responsibilities:
Support the recruiting efforts of a team that has doubled its size every year, and that has extreme growth ahead of it
Represent Peak and our standards on all platforms and at in-person events
Source candidates through job boards, universities, referrals, and direct outreach
Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Track recruiting metrics
