Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage our Human Resources department
Ensure HR-related KPIs are tracked and met consistently
Oversee our hiring process from start to finish
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Have in-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws
Maintain compliance with labor laws and uphold company HR policies
