About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its significant growth strategies. The CFO will be a key partner to the executive team, driving both acquisitive and organic growth initiatives, and will be instrumental in building a strong finance and accounting foundation. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the CFO expected to be actively involved in all aspects of the business, from the trenches to the strategic level. Key responsibilities include team building, development of operational systems and processes, and management of investor and lender relationships. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a background in the manufacturing industry, with experience in multi-location jurisdictions and a strong understanding of acquisition due diligence and integration. Experience in OEM and/or contract manufacturing, particularly with exposure to the medical device, aerospace and defense, automotive, and/or telecommunication industry sectors, is highly valued. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also be detail-oriented, and who is adept at navigating a dynamic market. The CFO will be expected to have a competitive and proactive approach, with the ability to lead the financial aspects of the business through a period of significant growth and change.
