About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chair for its Department of Radiology, a pivotal role in the institution's academic and clinical enterprise. The successful candidate will be the senior academic radiology leader, with a primary focus on advancing the department's strategy in research, education, faculty development, and academic programs. This includes a strong emphasis on recruiting, developing, and mentoring faculty, as well as expanding translational imaging research, clinical trials, and educational initiatives. The Chair will also be responsible for overseeing the growth of residency and fellowship programs and championing advancements in areas such as radiomics, computational imaging, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled diagnostics. The ideal candidate for the Chair position will be an accomplished academic radiologist with a distinguished record in leadership, scholarship, faculty development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. They will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, scientific discovery, service excellence, and academic achievement within the department. The role requires a strategic leader who can strengthen the alignment between clinical and academic missions and enhance the department's national reputation in imaging science, innovation, and education. The Chair will work in partnership with the company's leadership and radiology associates to ensure the continued success and growth of the department, which is known for its commitment to imaging innovation, translational research, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
