About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Behavioral Health division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical, fiscal, and operational success of a specialized behavioral healthcare treatment program. This role requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with substance use disorders. The Executive Director will oversee multiple levels of care, ensuring clinical quality, program integrity, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Essential responsibilities include collaborating with network support teams to develop and implement clinical programs, maintaining a culture of operational excellence, and managing resources to meet the needs of clients. The role also involves promoting the professional growth of staff, maintaining strong relationships with external partners, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should be licensed in clinical social work or professional counseling in Pennsylvania, with a strong preference for those with additional certifications. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage a team, promote a culture of customer service, and ensure the delivery of client-centered care. The Executive Director will be expected to lead treatment team meetings, monitor and report on key performance indicators, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clear criminal background, and current CPR and First Aid certification.
