About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its specialized behavioral healthcare treatment program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical, fiscal, and operational success of the program, with a strong focus on individualized, person-centered care. This role involves overseeing multiple levels of care, ensuring clinical quality, and maintaining program integrity. The Executive Director will be tasked with day-to-day operations, including resource management, staff development, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Building and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with substance use disorders. A clinical social work or professional counseling license in Pennsylvania is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to clear all mandatory background checks and health requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical and operational leadership, be adept at managing resources, and be committed to the professional growth and development of staff. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead a treatment team, and a focus on customer service are essential.
