What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Educate homeowners and provide options that fit their needs and budget
- Build trust and create lifelong customers
- Perform high-quality electrical repairs and upgrades
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Take ownership of your work and your success
What We Offer
Earning Potential: $120,000–$150,000+

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Residential Service Experience
- Experience creating estimates and presenting repair and upgrade options
- Valid Washington EL01 or EL02 License
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety standards
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow professionally
