The Company is in search of a Chief Enrollment Officer (CEO) to lead and innovate in the area of strategic enrollment management. This includes first inquiry and recruitment, persistence, graduation, and post-completion success. The CEO will be the primary architect of a comprehensive SEM plan, ensuring access, equity, and student success in a dynamic and evolving enrollment landscape. The role demands a values-driven, forward-thinking individual with a deep commitment to social mobility and inclusive student success, who can operationalize data, communicate enrollment strategy effectively, and lead by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and sustained improvement.
