About this position
Zoli is an approachable but progressive American restaurant operating in collaboration with the Amant Center for Contemporary Arts in East Williamsburg.
We are looking to bring on a quick, anticipatory candidate that is comfortable with executing steps of service, standing for long hours, going up and down stairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs. An earnest desire to cultivate a culture of excellence rooted in kindness and collaboration is required for this role.
Additional Requirements:
- Delivers customer dishes to their assigned position/table accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintains tables by pre-bussing/bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and being alert to customer needs when delivering food.
- Ensures Expo station is stocked and organized.
- Fire, clear, and reset tables to maintain the pace of service.
- Maintain menu knowledge to answer guest inquiries.
