About this position
Zoli is an approachable but progressive American restaurant in collaboration with the Amant Center for Contemporary Arts in East Williamsburg.
This role is service-anchored with room for growth within the restaurant. Experienced servers or hospitality professionals eager to join a dynamic management team are highly encouraged!
An earnest desire to cultivate a culture of excellence rooted in kindness and collaboration is required for this role. Resumes submitted without cover letters will not be considered.
2+ years of relevant experience in highly rated, high volume NYC restaurants preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with ResyOS, Toast, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Anticipate guest needs and build lasting relationships with regulars, VIPs, and newcomers alike
- Multitask, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment in order to support and uplift FOH staff
- Maintain seamless coordination with BOH and FOH leadership with focus on service protocols, guidance for dining room staff, and training / reinforcement of existing SOPs
- Uphold service standards, appearance, and professionalism - for dining room staff as well as general restaurant appearance and hygiene
