Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic bodywork to support client relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness in a luxury medical spa setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, recommending appropriate massage techniques, performing customized massage sessions, and maintaining accurate treatment notes. The role also involves collaborating with aesthetic and wellness providers, educating clients on self-care and stress management, and ensuring treatment rooms are clean, safe, and well-stocked. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Collab Medspa in Scottsdale, AZ, requiring consistent professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.\n
Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Service and clear communication to ensure a positive, professional experience. \n
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with the ability to tailor sessions to individual client needs and treatment plans. \n
- Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and related therapeutic approaches. \n
- Ability to support client wellness through Stress Management techniques, education, and holistic care practices. \n
- Active state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Arizona and compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines. \n
- Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, or wellness environment preferred. \n
- Capacity to work on-site full time, including possible evenings or weekends based on client demand. \n
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. \n
