About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Multifamily Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment performance across a portfolio of multifamily real estate assets, with a focus on value creation within suburban Class B and Class A apartment communities. This role requires the primary stewardship of assigned investments, executing business plans, and maximizing asset value while protecting investor capital. The Vice President will lead the asset-level strategy, influence investment decisions, and ensure the delivery of measurable financial and operational results. Key responsibilities include leading the execution of asset-level business plans, driving NOI growth, and identifying opportunities for value creation through various strategies. The role also involves financial and strategic oversight, operations and capital execution, relationship management, and leadership in team development. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting, with a minimum of 7 years' direct conventional multifamily asset management experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing value-add business plans, driving NOI growth, and overseeing both stabilized and underperforming assets. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership mentality. Experience with Yardi, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools is preferred. The role demands a professional with the ability to anticipate risks, proactively identify opportunities, and deliver measurable financial results, and who is willing to travel as required.
