The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to take on a senior executive leadership role with a focus on the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, ensuring financial discipline, stability, and scalable growth. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic leadership and hands-on financial oversight, particularly in the areas of capital planning, liquidity, risk management, and secondary market operations. The Head of Finance will be responsible for owning the enterprise financial strategy, leading budgeting processes, and translating financial data into insights for the leadership and the board. Additionally, the role involves overseeing capital planning, optimizing the capital structure, and managing enterprise cash flow forecasting. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. A minimum of 18 years' progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles, is required, with a background in the mortgage or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial planning, forecasting, and modeling expertise, strong capital structure and liquidity management skills, and a deep understanding of secondary mortgage markets and capital markets finance. Key competencies include strategic leadership, high integrity, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
