Join Solstice as a Behavior Technician (BT) and help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.
Whether you're experienced in ABA therapy or looking to start a rewarding career in behavioral health, we'd love to hear from you!
? Provide one-on-one support and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
? Implement individualized treatment plans
? Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
? Collect session data and track client progress
? Partner with families and clinical team members to support client success
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred but not required
- RBT certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
