About the Role

The Company is seeking an Individual Regional Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans, recruiting and managing a network of distribution relationships, and working closely with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a professional with 4-8 years' experience in a carrier representative position with an insurance carrier, a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and a preference for a life and health insurance license. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with a high level of decision-making and analytical thinking. Key responsibilities for the Individual Regional Vice President include increasing sales in the assigned territory, serving as the primary contact for top-producing distribution partners, and providing training and advisory support to enhance the growth of the distribution network. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with administrative, marketing, and product development teams, as well as maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a talent for persuasion, business sense, and the ability to work with a high level of discipline and focus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, and the position requires a significant amount of travel within the assigned territory.
