About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the governance, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives, capital projects, technology implementations, and business improvement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, portfolio governance processes, performance measures, and reporting frameworks to ensure that all projects are in line with the organization's priorities, resources, and operational objectives. This role involves overseeing project intake, evaluation, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting activities to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery. Applicants for the Managing Director - PMO position at the company should have a 4-year degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years' experience in complex information technology, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in a high-volume, 24/7 operation, such as an airport, is also preferred. The role requires a deep knowledge of administrative principles, strategic planning, goal setting, program development, organizational change management, and various project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budgeting, resource planning, and risk assessment, as well as strong skills in team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
