Willmar Electric is accepting applications for a skilled licensed electrician in the Lawton, OK area.

Job Summary:

An electrical Foreman provides oversite to installation, upgrades, renovation and completes other assigned electrical duties to produce the product requested by an owner or general contractor. This includes directing the on-the-job electrical training of apprentices.

Wage: $40.00 to $45.00 an hour

 

Essential Functions:

Provide strong jobsite leadership by promoting safety, productivity, and teamwork; coordinating crews, materials, and project activities; building positive relationships with customers and coworkers; and supporting the growth and success of team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.

 

Planning

Coordinate crews, materials, and daily work activities to keep projects moving forward, support productivity, and ensure successful project completion.

 

Safety

Help create a safe and productive jobsite by reinforcing safety expectations, supporting employee training, addressing potential risks, and following company safety and reporting procedures.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Maintain required licensing and apply electrical construction knowledge to support project success, using construction management tools and clear communication to work effectively with crews, office staff, customers, and project partners.
