About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Total Rewards to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a visionary HR executive with a strong commercial mindset, responsible for shaping and leading the total rewards philosophy across the enterprise. This role requires a leader with over 15 years of progressive HR and total rewards experience, particularly within a US-listed multinational organization. The SVP will be tasked with defining and scaling the global total rewards framework, ensuring alignment with financial objectives, and driving organizational design. They will also serve as the primary advisor to the Board's Talent & Compensation Committee, overseeing executive and equity programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities for the SVP include establishing functional matrix reporting lines, partnering with brand leaders, and managing the corporate total rewards function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEC regulations, global corporate governance, and a proven track record in boardroom governance. A commercial mindset is essential, with the ability to anticipate market shifts and optimize reward programs for talent attraction and retention. The role demands exceptional people leadership and change management skills, as the SVP will be responsible for developing senior talent, scaling teams, and driving large-scale organizational change.
