About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, F&B Asset Management to take on a pivotal role in leading the food and beverage discipline across its hospitality assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of F&B, including operator relationships, opening and transition execution, reconcept oversight, and ongoing performance management. This is a strategic, principal-side position that demands a hands-on leader with a deep operational background in the restaurant industry and the financial acumen to drive profitability. The role involves close collaboration with third-party restaurant operators, engaging in commercial negotiations, and holding operators accountable for performance. The Vice President will also be instrumental in F&B-related capital decisions, brand and concept strategy, and ensuring that F&B execution aligns with the company's overall objectives. Applicants for the Vice President, F&B Asset Management role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with a proven track record of successful openings, transitions, and reconcepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the profit model for restaurant operations, be adept at reading and challenging P&L statements, and have a history of operating profitable restaurants. Key qualifications include operator-side credibility, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bias toward on-property execution. The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial individual who is resourceful and can operate with ambiguity. A background in culinary and F&B operations, experience in hospitality real estate, and existing relationships within the restaurant operator community are preferred.
