Sr. Service & Repair Roofing TechnicianFull Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Sr. Service & Repair Roofing Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting roofing issues, performing repairs, and helping extend the life of existing roofing systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with clients, and can work independently or as part of a team to provide reliable service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays.
Proven experience in roofing, construction, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Basic carpentry and construction knowledge.
Ability to lift 80 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dedicated to upholding company values.
3+ years of roofing experience
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (others may be assigned)
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of roofing systems.
Identify and troubleshoot roof leaks, water intrusion, flashing issues, damaged shingles, and other roofing concerns.
Complete repairs on steep slope and low slope roofing systems as needed.
Repair or replace roofing materials, flashing, sealants, and other components to maintain roof integrity.
Assess roof conditions and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
Proactively sell and secure approval for additional roofing repairs and services while on-site, whenever possible.
Complete accurate service reports, documenting roof conditions, repairs performed, and any additional recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including company vehicles and equipment.
Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, company safety protocols, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3+ years of roofing, or repair experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a team.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while completing service calls.
OSHA 10 and First Aid certification preferred.
