OT - Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center, a compassionate and patient-centered organization, is seeking a skilled and motivated OT - Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Complete OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
• Collaborate with PT, ST, Nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document services accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive equipment and functional strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania
• Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
