Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and deliveries
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and schedule
- Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards
- Communicate progress and issues with project management
- Keep daily reports and job site documentation
- Must be willing to perform physical tasks on the job site as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years construction experience (superintendent or foreman experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
