About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Lending to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all lending functions, including consumer, mortgage, and business lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lending strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals. This role involves overseeing loan portfolio performance, credit quality, collections, and risk management, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SVP of Lending will also be tasked with supporting the company's growth and member service objectives, leading the lending team, and representing the organization within the community and industry. Applicants for the SVP of Lending position at the company should have a strong background in consumer, mortgage, and business lending, with a focus on executive lending leadership experience within a credit union or community financial institution.
