About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Software Engineering to provide strategic and operational leadership for its Salesforce, enterprise applications, and custom software engineering teams. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CIO and senior leadership, defining and executing the technology strategy to support business and growth objectives. This role requires a strong technology leader with a background in both Salesforce and custom software development, capable of overseeing CRM platform development, application architecture, technical delivery, and engineering team development. The VP will also be responsible for establishing and governing priorities across various technical initiatives, ensuring the adoption of AI-enabled development tools, and creating a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in application development, software engineering, or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and modern software engineering practices is essential, as is experience with enterprise application and technology ecosystems. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in people management, the ability to lead through ambiguity, and a strong focus on technical and delivery standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in senior technical roles, leading application modernization, and a background in agile delivery models. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner while being deeply engaged with technical teams.
