About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Revenue Cycle to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of systems related to the collection, analysis, verification, and reporting of financial matters. This critical role involves overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to denials management, and requires a proven track record in optimizing revenue cycle processes and driving improvements in revenue integrity and reimbursement. The VP of Revenue Cycle will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, reduce costs, and improve customer service. Applicants for the VP of Revenue Cycle position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. The role demands a leader with strong management skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a focus on high levels of productivity, quality, and customer service. Proficiency in revenue cycle management software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a certification such as CRCR or CRCE and be adept at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
