The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the accelerator program, from startup sourcing to curriculum execution and showcase events. This role requires a deep understanding of the FinTech and financial services sectors, including the regulatory landscape and startup commercialization pathways. The Vice President will also be the primary representative of the company in the FinTech ecosystem, building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including founders, corporate leaders, investors, and academic partners. Candidates for the Vice President position should be mission-driven, with a strong operational background and a founder-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 8 years' of experience in program management, accelerator operations, or related fields. Experience in a university, corporate innovation, or institutional partner environment is strongly preferred, and existing relationships in the Dallas FinTech or broader innovation ecosystem are a significant advantage.
