About the RoleL'Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Hollywood is seeking a reliable, hardworking Busser to join our front-of-house team. You'll keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly, supporting servers and helping deliver the warm, authentic Neapolitan hospitality our guests love.
Key Responsibilities- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
- Assist servers with food running, water refills, and bread/table service as needed
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and well stocked
- Transport dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish area and help keep it organized
- Restock napkins, silverware, condiments, and other service items
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Communicate with servers, hosts, and managers to support smooth guest flow, especially during peak periods
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and uphold uniform and grooming standards
- Prior busing or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- California Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- 3–4 shifts per week
- Weekend availability is required
- $18.42/hour plus tips
- Hourly pay plus tips
