About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer to spearhead the development and management of a robust ethics and compliance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Ethics and Compliance Office, ensuring the program's alignment with the Code of Ethical Conduct, and all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This role involves the creation and execution of ethics and compliance strategies, annual work plans, and continuous improvement of policies and controls. The Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer will also be tasked with managing risk assessments, advising on ethical standards, and establishing training and communication programs to promote a culture of ethics and compliance. Applicants for the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree, and certification as a Compliance and Ethics Professional is highly desirable. The role requires significant experience in building and leading ethics and compliance programs within large, complex, and regulated organizations, as well as a proven track record in people management. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. The Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer will also be responsible for managing enforcement, investigations, and remediation proposals, and must be adept at monitoring and mitigating third-party and vendor ethics and compliance risks.
