About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP/SVP, Performance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on analysis of portfolio results, the identification of performance trends, and the delivery of insights to support investment decision-making. This role is pivotal in managing the firm's performance data environment, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information, and strengthening performance measurement, reporting, and database governance. The VP/SVP will also be involved in complex performance analytics, including multi-level attribution, and will be expected to translate these findings into clear insights for various internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the VP/SVP, Performance role at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with advanced credentials such as a Master’s degree or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in performance measurement, attribution analysis, or a similar analytical role within asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, performance reporting, and attribution methodologies, as well as advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg PORT, FactSet, Barra, Wilshire, Eze, or comparable platforms is essential, and experience with programming languages including VBA, SQL, Python, or R is a plus. The ideal candidate will have proven communication skills, leadership, and project management abilities, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
